6. Model Submissions and Applications

6.1 Submission of Materials

By submitting photographs, videos, information, or other materials ("Submissions") to us for consideration for modeling representation, you:

• Represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the Submissions
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Submissions for the purpose of evaluating your potential as a model
• Understand that we are under no obligation to represent you as a model, use your Submissions, or keep your Submissions confidential (though we will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy)
• Acknowledge that we may already be considering or developing similar materials and that your Submission does not establish a confidential relationship or obligation of secrecy between you and us

6.2 Selection Process

We evaluate model applications based on various factors, including but not limited to physical attributes, experience, professionalism, and market demand. All decisions regarding model selection are at our sole discretion. We may decline applications without providing specific reasons.

6.3 No Guaranteed Representation

Submitting an application or attending a casting call does not guarantee representation by Elite Model Management Dubai. If we are interested in representing you, we will contact you to discuss terms.

7. Model Representation

7.1 Separate Agreement

If you are selected for representation by Elite Model Management Dubai, a separate model representation agreement will be provided to you, outlining the specific terms and conditions of our representation, including commission rates, exclusivity terms, duration, and other important details.

7.2 Agency Relationship

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or other relationship with Elite Model Management Dubai.

8. User Content

8.1 User Contributions

Our website may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal profiles, forums, or other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials. All such contributions must comply with the Content Standards set forth in these Terms.

8.2 Content Standards

User contributions must not:

• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the website and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the website or services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

13. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Elite Model Management Dubai of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any separate agreements regarding specific services constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Model Management Dubai regarding the website and services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the website and services.
