Thank you for choosing Elite Model Management Dubai. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations related to our modeling services, events, workshops, and portfolio development services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. General Principles

Elite Model Management Dubai is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service provided, as outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and must include your full name, contact information, description of services, date of purchase, and reason for requesting a refund.

2. Model Representation Services

2.1 Registration and Joining Fees

If applicable, model registration or joining fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs associated with evaluating and processing your application. However:

• If you cancel your registration within 48 hours of payment and before any services have been rendered, we may issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the registration fee.
• If Elite Model Management Dubai declines to represent you after you have paid a registration fee, we will refund the full amount within 30 business days.

2.2 Commission-Based Representation

Our standard model representation operates on a commission basis, where we receive a percentage of the booking fee when we secure work for you. Since this payment structure is based on successful placements, no refunds are applicable to our commission fees as they are only charged after services have been rendered.

3. Portfolio Development Services

3.1 Photography Sessions

For scheduled photography sessions and portfolio development services:

• Cancellation 7+ days before the scheduled session: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellation 3-6 days before the scheduled session: 50% refund
• Cancellation 0-2 days before the scheduled session: No refund
• Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Subsequent rescheduling incurs a fee of 20% of the original service cost.

3.2 Completed Photography Work

After photography sessions have been conducted, edited, and delivered, no refunds will be provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the photos, we offer a review process where we may offer additional editing or a partial reshoot at our discretion.

4. Workshops and Training Programs

4.1 In-Person Workshops

For modeling workshops, training sessions, and educational events:

• Cancellation 14+ days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellation 0-6 days before the event: No refund
• Transfer: You may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event.

4.2 Online Courses and Digital Content

For digital courses and online training materials:

• Before accessing content: Full refund within 7 days of purchase
• After accessing content: No refund will be issued once you have accessed the digital content

5. Event Booking Services

5.1 Client Bookings of Models

For clients booking models for events, advertising campaigns, or other professional engagements:

• Cancellation 30+ days before the booking date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellation 14-29 days before the booking date: 50% refund
• Cancellation 7-13 days before the booking date: 25% refund
• Cancellation 0-6 days before the booking date: No refund

Please note that specific bookings may have custom terms specified in your contract, which will override these general guidelines.

5.2 Model Cancellation of Bookings

Models who cancel confirmed bookings may be subject to penalties as outlined in their representation agreement. These penalties are not refundable as they compensate for business losses and administrative costs.

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Cancellation by Elite Model Management Dubai

If Elite Model Management Dubai cancels a service, workshop, or event, we will offer you the option of:

• A full refund
• Credit toward future services
• Rescheduling to an alternative date (where applicable)

6.2 Force Majeure

In case of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, epidemics, or other major disruptions), we may offer rescheduling options rather than refunds. Each situation will be evaluated individually, and we will strive to find an equitable solution.

7. Payment Processing Time

When a refund is approved, the processing time will depend on your payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
• Other payment methods: Processing times may vary

Please note that while Elite Model Management Dubai processes refunds promptly on our end, the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing time, which is beyond our control.

8. Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are generally non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Transaction fees charged by payment processors
• Currency conversion fees
• Any services that have already been fully delivered
• Travel expenses incurred by either party

9. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

Elite Model Management Dubai reserves the right to consider refund requests outside of these guidelines on a case-by-case basis. Factors we may consider include:

• Length of customer relationship
• Circumstances of the request
• Potential for future business
• Documented medical emergencies or other serious unforeseen circumstances

Any exception made in a specific case does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.

10. Disputes and Resolution

If you believe a refund has been wrongfully denied, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Dispute" and include all relevant information. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, disputes will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in our general Terms and Conditions.
